Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, it will not be processed if the top-up has already been initiated or completed.

Perishable / Digital Items
We do not accept cancellation requests for processed digital goods and game credits. Once the diamonds or J-Coins are credited, the order is final.

Delivery Discrepancy
In case of any delivery discrepancy, please report it to our customer service team. The request will be processed once verified by our system logs.

Reporting Timeframe
Any issues regarding order delivery must be reported within 2 days of the purchase date. Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained.

Approved refunds are processed within 1-2 business days and credited back to the customer's original payment method or wallet.
