Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between You and JZ Store. They govern your access to and use of our website, technology, payment routing, and platform services.

To use our services, you must register as a user and satisfy the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age or above.
• Be responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your credentials.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration details.

All right, title, and interest in our platform services, including compiling design systems, logos, branding, trademarks, database systems, and software configurations are exclusively owned by JZ Store and its licensors. You shall not copy, modify, assemble, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices are generated monthly on the merchant panel. If a chargeback claim is received by payment channels, you are obligated to furnish transaction and delivery documents within 3 calendar days, failing which the aggregated amount will be reversed.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 days back to the customer's original payment instrument as detailed in our Refund Policy.

As a gaming merchant platform, we covenant and declare:

• We do not engage in any activity that violates laws pertaining to gaming, gambling, betting, or wagering.
• No services offered are based preponderantly or predominantly on chance.
• Restricted States: Under state regulations, no gaming platform services or top-ups will be rendered to residents of the states of Telangana, Odisha, and Assam.
